01 Is the price shown in my estimate the final price?
Your personalized estimate is based on the home size, service, condition, and extras you selected.
If your home needs work beyond the details provided, we will discuss any changes to the scope and price with you before proceeding. No additional work or charges will be added without your approval.
02 What’s included in my house cleaning?
Your cleaning depends on the service you selected. Regular cleaning covers essential areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and floors. Deep cleaning gives extra attention to accumulated dirt, dust, and buildup. Move-in and move-out cleaning focuses on preparing an empty or nearly empty home.
Specific tasks and any extras are confirmed as part of your cleaning scope. If you have a priority area, let us know before your appointment.
03 Do you bring cleaning supplies, and who will clean my home?
Tres Maids provides standard cleaning supplies and equipment for your scheduled service. Your home will be cleaned by a cleaning professional arranged through Tres Maids.
Please tell us in advance about delicate surfaces, product sensitivities, or special instructions so we can plan accordingly.
04 Do I need to be home during my cleaning?
Not necessarily. You are welcome to be home, or you can arrange access with us before your appointment.
If you will be out, please share approved entry instructions and any building requirements in advance.
05 What areas does Tres Maids serve?
Tres Maids serves communities across our Westchester County, NY service area, including Yonkers, White Plains, New Rochelle, Scarsdale, Bronxville, Larchmont, Mamaroneck, and Dobbs Ferry.

06 How do I book after receiving my estimate?
